We sell physical books and eBooks to customers within Australia. We also provide editorial and workshop services (Wordshops). Terms and conditions for our event tickets are available via Humanitix.

All descriptions, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content on our website is complete or error-free. All prices are provided in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise specified.

Book orders will be processed once payment has been successfully received. We aim to ship orders within two working days via Australia Post. Once orders are lodged with Australia Post, we cannot be responsible for delivery times.

Unless your order contains incorrect or faulty goods, we are not bound to provide returns. If you do have an issue with your order, please notify us via email within 30 days of receiving it. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. In this case, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

All our books and Wordshop content are protected under copyright. For eBooks, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not share, distribute or resell the content. All content on this website, including text and images, is owned by or licensed to Pink Shorts Press. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

If you would like to use any content for marketing or other purposes, or would like information on rights, please get in touch via email.

Your details are kept private. The privacy details for our payments are available via Stripe, for our newsletter via Substack and for our events via Humanitix.

By accessing or using our website, making a purchase or booking a service from us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. To the extent permitted by law, Pink Shorts Press will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or purchase of our products or services.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Australia. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website.
